I am an independent philosophy researcher and chemistry student at Heidelberg University. My focus lies in metaphysics and action theory, particularly in building empirically grounded models. Instead of building on existing literature from the start, I develop core concepts independently. Working in isolation helps preserve their original structure. I only engage with the broader academic debate once a framework is fully formed. Both Kyklopoiesis and Kerdotism followed this process. My aim is to offer explicit, fully specified theories in a discipline that frequently relies on the implicit. Moving forward, my primary focus will be expanding Kerdotism.

From Negentropy to Norms – A Gain-Based Theory of Agency: Kerdotism

Abstract: This paper proposes a vertically integrated framework of agency that connects thermodynamic constraints on living systems with agent-level evaluation and higher-order normative phenomena. Starting from the constraint that biological systems must maintain their organization under entropic pressure, we introduce a Principle of Teleological Necessity that models action as systematically oriented toward an antecedent end. On this basis, we develop an evaluative calculus that treats value and norm-guided behavior in terms of perceived gain and loss. The framework distinguishes five axiological dimensions and specifies how inhomogeneous trade-offs can be represented within a common evaluative medium.

Kyklopoiesis: On Deterministic Closure under Stochastic Influence

Abstract: Kyklopoiesis is a metaphysical thought experiment that develops a minimal informational framework for discussing deterministic closure under stochastic influence. I introduce an informational branching tree picture that distinguishes logical states, which propagate deterministically, from original states, which stochastically inject novel information into subsequent propagation. This motivates two paired processes: Stochastogenesis (the generation of stochastic states) and Determinogenesis (the generation of original states), unified under the Kyklos, a circular erasure and regeneration of information. To express how deter-ministic macroscopic descriptions may remain robust under continued stochastic influence, I propose the degree of determinism as a scale-indexed robustness proxy, defined as the minimal number of admissible novelty transfers required for a chosen observable to cross a fixed change criterion. The resulting vocabulary is used to articulate two limitations of mathematical representation (logical and stochastic), to clarify how macroscopic regularity can coexist with irreducible microscopic indeterminacy, and to compare interpretative options ranging from pure stochasticity to canonical duality.
